1. Purpose of this notice

This notice applies when Luchar Concept Two Five Four Media Limited ("Concept254") uses business or professional contact information to introduce a potentially relevant service, respond to a business message or continue a permitted commercial conversation.

It supplements our Privacy Policy. It does not claim that a public privacy notice creates consent or overrides the marketing, privacy or consumer-protection law of your country.

2. Why you may have been contacted

Concept254 may identify an organisation through its public website, a public business listing, a search provider, a professional data provider, a referral or prior correspondence. Our systems may review public business information and observable website signals to determine whether a specific Concept254 service could be relevant.

An eligible first contact should be:

• directed to a business or professional context rather than an unrelated personal context;
• based on a documented source, market and service-relevance reason;
• screened against duplicate, suppression, objection and eligibility records;
• limited to information reasonably necessary for the introduction;
• truthful about the evidence and avoid claiming that an undetected feature is definitely absent; and
• clearly identified as being from Concept254 with a simple way to stop further marketing.

3. Market-specific outreach authorization

Our system must record a supported market and authorization outcome before a first marketing message can be sent. A commercial target or daily sending limit never overrides these rules.

Kenya (KE)

Electronic direct marketing is sent only where the applicable Kenyan requirements are satisfied, including any required consent, notice and opportunity to object. The source, purpose and authorization decision must be recorded; objections and withdrawals stop further marketing. Concept254 also considers whether its direct-marketing activity requires registration with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

South Africa (ZA)

Unsolicited electronic direct marketing is not sent unless the recipient has consented or the existing-customer conditions and message requirements in POPIA apply. A request for consent may be made only where and in the form permitted by POPIA and applicable Information Regulator requirements, and it may not be repeated after refusal or non-authorization. Consent, customer status and objections must be recorded.

United Kingdom (UK)

Outreach without prior consent is limited to eligible corporate subscribers where PECR permits it and a documented data-protection basis, transparency and balancing assessment support the use of any personal professional information. Sole traders, certain partnerships and personal addresses are treated as individual subscribers and require the applicable consent or soft-opt-in condition. Every message identifies the sender and provides a valid opt-out route.

Other markets

A contact outside an implemented market profile is blocked from automated outreach until Concept254 documents the applicable rules and configures an approved authorization path. We do not infer permission from the fact that business information is publicly visible.

4. Website analysis, scoring and AI assistance

Concept254 uses controlled automation to collect public business facts, review selected website pages, record evidence, reduce duplicates, score relevance, match services and prepare communications. These scores determine business-development priority only; they are not credit, employment, insurance or legal decisions.

Artificial intelligence may help summarize public evidence, draft or translate a message, classify intent and prepare a routine response. Generated content is subject to rules designed to prevent unsupported claims, exposure of confidential information and unauthorized commercial commitments.

5. Replies, automated assistance and human handoff

When you reply, automation may acknowledge the message, answer routine questions about published Concept254 services, ask limited qualification questions or help arrange a human conversation. You can request a person at any time.

Automation must stop and route the conversation to a person when you:

• request a quotation, proposal, contract, negotiation, discount or binding commitment;
• want to purchase, onboard, arrange payment or confirm project scope or delivery dates;
• raise a complaint, legal issue, privacy request or sensitive matter;
• send an attachment requiring review; or
• ask a question the system cannot answer confidently from approved information.

AI-assisted responses cannot bind Concept254. Final commercial terms require confirmation from an authorized person and, where applicable, a written engagement document.

6. Your communication and privacy choices

To stop marketing, use the unsubscribe option in the message or reply "unsubscribe". You may also email hello@concept254.com to object, request human assistance, ask for source information, or exercise a privacy right.

An opt-out is applied to future marketing and retained on a suppression list so that the contact is not unintentionally re-added. It does not prevent necessary responses to your request, existing-client service messages, security notifications or communications required by law.

7. Records, delivery events and service providers

We may record the business, source, market, public evidence, eligibility decision, approved message, delivery status, reply classification, human handoff and opt-out status. Records are minimized and retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Controlled workflows may use Google business/search services, Apollo, Railway, Resend, Odoo, n8n, OpenAI and configured fallback AI services. No provider is authorized to use Concept254 prospect or conversation information for its own unrelated marketing.
